Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alemirates.shop. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. This policy outlines how we handle refunds and replacements to keep things clear and fair for everyone.


 

1. Replacement Eligibility


You are eligible for a free replacement if you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect (you received the wrong item), or

  • Damaged, faulty, or broken upon delivery

The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.



2. Timeframe


  • All replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made within 7 days are replaced free of charge.

  • Requests made after 7 days (up to 30 days) may be subject to a replacement fee to cover shipping/handling.



3. Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team within the eligible timeframe. Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  2. Once verified, one of the following will apply:

    • Option A: You ship the product back to us. Once received and inspected, we ship the replacement free of charge within 5 business days.

    • Option B: We arrange a courier pickup from your location (pickup charges-apply). Once collected and verified, the replacement is shipped within 14 business days.

⚠️ Note: Replacements/Refunds are not offered for “change of mind” or if the product is used, altered, or missing parts/accessories.


 

4. Refund Policy


  • Refunds are only issued if a product is defective, significantly not as described, or if replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


 

5. Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not returnable unless defective:

  • Personal care items (opened skincare, makeup, hygiene products)

6. Customer Responsibilities


  • Keep all original packaging and documentation until the replacement/refund process is complete.

  • Provide clear photos/videos as requested.

  • Pack the item securely for return or courier pickup.



7. Additional Notes


  • Shipping times for replacements may vary based on your location.

  • Customers are responsible for extra charges.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund.
